II. Exhibition Schedule:
1. Manufacturer registration and setup from December 15th to 17th (9 a.m. to 5 p.m.);
2. Business negotiation and order placement from December 18th to 20th (9 a.m. to 5 p.m.);
3. Exhibition closure on December 20th in the afternoon.
III. Booth Fee Standards:
1. Standard booth, 9 square meters each, charged 12,800 yuan (additional 20% for corner positions); includes one table, two stools, one light tube, one power socket, and one company name signboard.
2. Bare land booth, 9 square meters each, charged 12,500 yuan; must rent 27 square meters or more, and pay 30 yuan per square meter for exhibition hall setup and management fees, as well as electricity box fees and electricity charges.
