I. Overview of the Exhibition 

The 2025 Guangzhou Cleaning Expo is one of the largest specialized exhibitions on cleaning and environmental protection equipment and supplies in China. Relying on the Guangzhou Hotel Supplies Exhibition in December, after 31 years of efforts, the exhibits cover A full range of exhibits in the hotel and commercial cleaning field, including cleaning equipment and accessories, cleaning tools and cleaning agents, bathroom supplies, air purification and epidemic prevention, building facility maintenance and management, intelligent cleaning systems, washing equipment and supplies, environmental sanitation equipment and supplies, etc. Connecting the entire upstream and downstream industrial chain of the cleaning industry is a grand event in the domestic and international cleaning and environmental protection industry, attracting distributors, agents from all over the country and professional purchasing personnel from hotels across the country to visit and purchase. 

The 2025 Guangzhou Cleaning Expo will be held at the A Area of Pazhou Exhibition Hall of China Export Fair from December 18th to 20th, covering an exhibition area of up to 50,000 square meters. It will provide one-stop professional cleaning solutions for commercial Spaces and building owners such as hotel projects, schools, shopping malls, office buildings, public places, and tourist attractions. Ii. Exhibition Schedule 

1. From December 15th to 17th, 2025, exhibitors will register and set up their booths (9 a.m. to 5 p.m.). 

2. Business negotiation and order placement from December 18th to 20th, 2025 (9 a.m. to 5 p.m.). 

3. The exhibition will be dismantled on the afternoon of December 20, 2025. 

Iii. Booth Charging Standards: 

1. Standard booths, each 9 square meters, cost RMB 12,800 (an additional 20% for corner booths). Each booth is equipped with one table, two stools, one fluorescent tube, one power socket, and one company name fascia board. 

2. Bare space booths, each 9 square meters, cost RMB 12,500. The minimum rental area is 27 square meters and no equipment is provided. In addition, a construction management fee of 30 yuan per square meter shall be paid to the exhibition hall, as well as the electrical box fee and electricity fee.
