三、Exhibition Fees:

1、9 square meters standard booth: USD2200. include 1 name plate, 1 desk with 2 chairs, 2 fluorescent lamps, 1 wastepaper basket, 1 power socket (equal to or less than 500W).

2、Indoor bare floor space requirements must be greater than 27 m2 for every single rent. Exhibitor should pay 30 RMB per square meter for preparing management charge.

五、Notes for enterprises to sign up for exhibition:

1. After the booth is confirmed, the exhibitor shall pay 50% of the booth fee as deposit within 5 days, and the balance shall be paid two months before the opening of the exhibition. Overdue payment, the organizer will not guarantee the confirmed booth, booth change please forgive.

2. Exhibitors are required to pay the booth fee by bank remittance. When using the check, please make it payable to the organizer.

4. If the exhibition hall cannot be held as scheduled due to force majeure, such as plague, earthquake or government action, and the exhibition hall needs to be postponed, the booth fee paid by party b shall not be refunded, and shall only be used as the fee for postponing the exhibition hall.

5. In view of the overall needs of the conference or for special reasons, both parties shall negotiate to change the booth location, and exhibitors shall cooperate in the implementation.

6. Exhibitors are not allowed to transfer their booths by themselves, and they are not allowed to bring inflammable, explosive, toxic and other articles and products inconsistent with the declared products into the exhibition hall. Otherwise, the organizer has the right to clear them out of the exhibition hall.

7. No toys, airplanes, cases, bags, costumes, telescopes, cutting tools, juicers, jewelry, necklaces or other products other than hotel supplies are allowed to be exhibited on the exhibition site. Once the organizer is found to have the right to clear them out of the exhibition hall, the amount paid will not be returned.

8. Exhibitors are not allowed to display products that infringe intellectual property rights of others. If found, the organizer has the right to seal the infringing products or clear them from the exhibition hall, and the exhibition fee will not be returned.
