I. Exhibition Schedule:
1. Registration and exhibition of manufacturers from December 9-11, 2022 (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.);

3. The exhibition will be withdrawn on the afternoon of December 14, 2022.

2. Exhibitors shall pay the booth fee by bank remittance, and fill in the name of the sponsor in the payout of the check. Do not pay cash or check without payout, otherwise the economic losses caused by this shall be borne by the exhibitors.

4. If the exhibition cannot be postponed due to force majeure, such as plague, earthquake or government action, the booth fee paid by Party B cannot be refunded and can only be used as the expenses for the extension of the exhibition.
5. In view of the overall needs of the exhibition or special reasons, both parties shall negotiate to change the booth location, and exhibitors shall cooperate to implement it.
6. Exhibitors are not allowed to transfer their booth by themselves, and are not allowed to bring inflammable, explosive, toxic and other goods and products inconsistent with the declared products into the exhibition. Otherwise, the organizer has the right to clear them out of the exhibition hall.
7, the exhibition site to eliminate toys, aircraft, bags, clothing, telescope, cutting tools, juicer, jewelry, necklaces and other hotel supplies products outside the exhibition, once found that the organizers have the right to clear it out of the exhibition hall, the amount paid will not be returned.
8. Exhibitors shall not display products that infringe others' intellectual property rights. If found, the organizer has the right to seal up the infringing products or remove them from the exhibition hall, and the exhibition fee will not be refunded.
